Saut�ed Vegetables & Baby Shrimp

Wash whole or sliced mushrooms. In a skillet, saut� with sliced onions. Add sliced red peppers and sliced water chestnuts. Cook for several minutes. Add cooked shrimp and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Serve on rice or pasta.
