    7 oz linguine
    2 T. butter
    3 T. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 cups milk
    3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 T. lemon juice

    Recipe



    Cook linguine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet over low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper and until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine cheeses, toss with lemon juice. Add to sauce, stir until cheese begins to melt. Drain pasta; add sauce and toss to coat.

    2 servings.
