Whole Wheat Linguine w/Clam Sauce

List of Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat linguine or spaghetti
1 tsp olive oil
2 shallots minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 100z can whole baby clams undrained (or seafood of choice, I like crab)
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chix broth
2 T parsley
Recipe
Cook and drain pasta returning to pot. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic and saut�. add clams with liquid (you could easily do chicken covered in flour first or seafood and add a bit more broth) from can and cook a few mins. Add oregano and pepper and stir to coat. Add chix broth bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 mins or so. Pour sauce over pasta, add parsley and toss. Top with Romano and Parmesan cheese.
