    1 pound ground beef
    1 (16 ounce) bottle ketchup
    1 cup of water
    1 finely chopped small onion
    salt and pepper to taste


    Brown ground beef and onions and drain. Add ketchup, water, salt and pepper. Let simmer over medium heat 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add cheese to chili for an even better taste.

    Great on Hotdogs
