    Santa Fe Chicken and Stuffing

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup

    1 cup milk

    1 can (about 8 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

    1 can (about 4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained

    2 cups cubed cooked chicken

    4 cups Pepperidge Farm Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing

    1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

    Pace Chunky Salsa

    Recipe



    1. Mix soup, milk, corn, chilies and chicken. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.

    2. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes. Top with cheese.

    4. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa.

    Serves 6.
