    List of Ingredients


    • Base:
    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 3 or more Tbsp. peanut butter
    • 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
    • 1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
    • Filling:
    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 large container of frozen whipped topping
    • 1/2 cup fudge sauce (Hershey)


    Instructions


    1. Melt margarine and peanut butter. Add graham crumbs and peanuts. Put in pan. Save 1/2-cup crumbs for top. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter. Add vanilla and beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in Cool Whip; pour over base. Sprinkle on crumbs and drizzle with 1/2 cup fudge sauce and freeze.
