I am not sure which category this should be in so I just created my own because I love cheese balls so much.


List of Ingredients




2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 C. chopped green onion
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 C. chopped pecans











Recipe



In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
Stir in pineapple,onions and seasonings.
Turn onto a sheet of wax paper and shape into a ball.
Refrigerate over night.
Before serving roll in the nuts.
Serve with your choice of crackers.
