2lb green beans, cooked lightly until tender-crisp.
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
2 fresh tomatoes, diced, seeds, skins and all.
Fry the garlic until soft but not browned then add the tomatoes.
After a few minutes add the beans.
Mix well, then cover and cook on a low heat for about 30 minutes.
Season to taste and serve!
