    Betty's Mild Italian Sausage

    Ingredients:-
    11 to 12 lbs. ground pork (make sure at least 1 lb of it is fat)
    3 tablespoons mild hungarian paprika
    6 teaspoons salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    4 to 6 bay leaves (crumbled fine)
    10 to 15 cloves of garlic (depending on your taste - I always say you can't have too much garlic).
    1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    3 cups water.
    Mix all ingredients well. Test the taste by frying a tiny bit, taste and if not right adjust to your own liking. Remember You can add but can't take away.
    Put into casing or form into patties.
    Freeze in batches to make a meal. Enjoy.
