List of Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1/3 cup minced onion
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
6 servings instant mashed potatoes (prepared according to pkg. directions)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 egg



Recipe

Mix hamburg, onion, bread crumbs, egg salt and 1/2 can of Golden Mushroom Soup with hands. Place in square glass baking dish. Pat and form a flat square. leaving space between meat and edges of pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, remove from oven. Pour off accumulated grease and top with mashed potatoes and remaining. Golden Mushroom soup. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
* Can also add a layer of caned corn or peas (drained Or frozen cooked peas) between meat and potato layer.
