Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

My sister-in-law made these this past Christmas.. one of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten. They remained puffy after baking and didn't spread out and get flat. Delicious!

List of Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
6 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 c. chocolate chips (24-36 oz.)
2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)


Recipe

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt and soda. When mixed well, add chocolate chips and nuts. Roll into golf ball sized mounds, flatten slightly. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
