    Chicken Marinade

    List of Ingredients

    4 cloves garlic (pushed through garlic press)
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    juice of one half lemon
    red pepper flakes


    Recipe

    Whisk marinade ingredients. Put in ziplock bag. Add chicken and let marinate several hours. Grill as usual. Makes enough marinade for 2 large chicken breasts or 1/2 chicken.
