Named for the painter Giovanni Bellini, this famous cocktail was created in the 1930�s at Harry�s Bar in Venice, Italy.
List of Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) bottle peach nectar, chilled
1 (750ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled (Prosecco)
Garnish: fresh raspberries
Recipe
Fill each of 6 champagne flutes with 2 oz. peach nectar and 4 oz. sparkling wine. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
