    Source of Recipe

    Unknown

    List of Ingredients

1 lb. Fresh or frozen orange roughy filets (or other white fish)
    1 Tblsp. Curry powder
    1 Tblsp. Cooking oil
    Nonstick spray coating

    Yogurt-Mustard Sauce:
    1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    1 Tblsp. Lime juice
    2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard

    Recipe

Thaw fish, if frozen; rinse and pat dry. Cut filets into 4 serving-size portions. In a small bowl stir together curry powder and cooking oil; brush on both sides of the fish.
Spray unheated rack of a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on rack; broil 4 inches from the heat until fish just flakes easily with a fork. Turn halfway through broiling if fish is 1 inch or thicker. (Allow 4 to 6 minutes total per 1/2-inch thickness of fish).
Serve with Yogurt-Mustard Sauce. Makes 4 main-dish servings.

Yogurt-Mustard Sauce: In a small mixing bowl stir together 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt, 1 Tblsp. Lime juice, and 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving. Makes 1/2 cup.
