    Cranberry Plus Relish

    Plan ahead�needs to chill several hours.
    Yield: 6 cups

    4 c. (1 lb.) fresh or frozen cranberries
    4 oranges, peeled, sectioned and seeded
    2 c. sugar
    1 8-1/2-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 unpeeled apple sliced
    1/2 tsp. almond extract

    Chop cranberries in a food processor and oranges and chop. Add remaining ingredients; pulse several second to blend. Chill several hours before serving

    One 1/4-cup serving equals: 92 calories�Trace fat (trace saturated)�0 cholesterol�1 mg sodium�24 gm carbohydrate�trace protein

    Lower calories and carbohydrates by using a sugar substitute (Splenda Granular) in place of the sugar.
