    Dilled Turkey Breast

    Serves 8

    1 10-3.4-oz. can low-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    3/4 light sour cream
    3/4 low-sodium chicken broth
    1 T. dill weed

    1-1/2 lbs. sliced cooked turkey breast, warmed

    In a saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients. Cook until heated through. (Do Not Boil!) Arrange turkey slices on a platter; pour sauce over and serve immediately.

    1/8 of recipe equals: 170 calories�4 gm fat (2 gm saturated)�82 mg cholesterol�218 mg sodium�5 gm carbohydrate�28 gm protein
