    Plan ahead...needs to chill at least 1 hour

    Yield: 40 appetizers

    1 pkg. (8 oz.) FAT-FREE cream cheese. softened
    1 can (2-1/4 oz.) chopped ripe olives, drained
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
    8 to 10 slices LOW-FAT fully cooked ham

    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; stir in olives and onions. Spread over ham slices. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with the short side. Chill for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, cut into 1-in. pieces.

    One serving (2 roll-ups) equals: 27 calories...259 mg sodium...7 mg cholesterol...1 gm carbohydrate...4 gm protein...1 gm fat ++++ Diabetic Exchanges: 1/2 meat
