Apple Syrup

Yield: 1-1/4 c.
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1-1/4 unsweetened apple juice
Sugar substitute equivalent to 4 tsp. sugar
In a small saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in sugar substitute.
