MCR: Buttermilk Onion & Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Serves: 4
1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
1 c. skim milk
1-1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
In microwave-safe dish, cook butter milk and milk 5 minutes on high or until bubbles appear around outside of bowl. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Cook 2 more minutes on high. Serve.
