    Roasted Sweet & White Potatoes w/Rosemary - 12 -- w
    Makes 12 side servings

    2 T. olive oil
    1 T. stick margarine
    2 lbs. sweet potatoes (about 2 large, peeled and cut into 2-in. chunks
    2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes (about 6 medium), cut into 2-in. chunks
    2 T. chopped fresh rosemary
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Preheat oven to 350�. To 15-1/2-in. x 10-1/2-in. jelly-roll pan, add oil and margarine. Place pan in oven while it preheats and margarine melts.

    Remove pan from oven; add both kinds of potatoes, rosemary, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Roast 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden and tender stirring occasionally.

    One serving equals: 150 calories�2 gm protein�28 gm carbohydrate�3 gm fat (1 gm saturated)�3 gm fiber�0 mg cholesterol�118 mg sodium +++WWP: 3
