    Green Beans w/Crushed Walnuts - w

    Nuts: Green Beans w/Crushed Walnuts - w

    Serves: 6

    1-1/4 lbs. green beans trimmed
    2 T. stick margarine
    2 T. crushed walnuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg

    Place beans in a large saucepan of boiling water; cook 5 minutes. Drain

    Heat margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add walnuts; saut� 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add beans, salt and nutmeg; cook 1 minute.

    One 2/3-cup serving equals: 52 calories�3 gm fat (0.9 gm saturated)�2 protein�6 carbohydrate�3 gm fiber�0.3 mg cholesterol�114 mg sodium ++++ WWP: 1
