Coke Cola Cake and Icing

List of Ingredients



• Cake:
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 1/2 cup shortening
  
• 3 T. coco
  
• 1 cup Coke Cola Drink
  
• 1 cup butter milk
  
• 1 tsp. soda
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• Icing:
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 3 T. Coco
  
• 6 T. Coke Cola Drink
  
• 1 lb. box powdered sugar
  
• 1 cup pecan, chopped
  






Instructions



1. Cake: Stir in a pan 2 cups of flour, sugar.
   
2. Bring to a boil 1/2 cups butter and shortening,
   
3. coco and the Coke Cola pop. Remove from heat and
   
4. pour over the flour mixture. Stir in,
   
5. DO NOT HEAT, the cup of butter milk, soada and
   
6. beaten eggs. Mix and pour into a greased 13x9 inch
   
7. pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
   
8. Remove from oven and let cool in pan.
   
9. Icing:
   
10. Bring first three ingredients to a boil until the
    
11. butter is melted. Take off stove and add powdered
    
12. sugar and the chopped nuts.
