    Recipe Introduction


    Just a couple steps and voila, a wonderful dinner
    for the entire family to enjoy! Make enough for
    seconds!

    List of Ingredients




    3 or 4 cooked chicken leg quarters (or chicken fillets)
    2 small cans of cream of chicken soup
    1 package of yellow rice with saffron (or white rice or both!)
    1 package of shredded sharp cheddar
    1 or 2 cans of French-style green beans (optional)

    Recipe



    Remove bones and excess fat from cooked chicken and add to
    cooked rice in a casserole dish.

    Add cream of chicken soup and French-style green beans (if
    desired).

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread evenly in casserole
    dish.

    Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in oven until ingredients are
    hot and bubbly.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    over top so that contents of casserole are completely covered.

    Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
