    New-Style Tuna Sashimi

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 to 1 lb. of sushi tuna, thinly sliced
    • 1 tbl. sesame seeds
    • salt
    • 1/2 Cup radishes, cut into strips
    • 1 bunch scaillions, thinly slices on the diagonal
    • 1/2 Cup + 1 tbl. ponzu sauce
    • 2 tbl. hot chili oil


    Instructions


    1. Divide the tuna into 4 portions and arrange on 4 large plates. Cover them completely and overlap the slices only as neccesary.
    2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tuna nad lightly season with salt.
    3. Toss together the radishes and scallions in a small bowl. Set aside
    4. Combine the onzu sauce and chilli oil in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
    5. Drizzle the chilli iol over tuna. Scatter radishes and scallions over the tuna and serve immediately.
