List of Ingredients
1 frozen beef roast (your choice - I buy whatever is on sale)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 small can beef broth
6 potatoes (or more - peeled or not), cut in half if large
1 onion - chopped coarsely
6 carrots - peeled and cut in large chunks
Other veggies of your choice.
Recipe
Put everything into the crockpot and leave on low all day. By the time you get home all you'll need to do is thicken the juices and serve.
