    Warm Crab Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb crabmeat
    • 1/2 pint sour cream
    • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (use 1/4 cup in mix and 1/4 cup on top)
    • 2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese (room temp)
    • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
    • 2 tbsp horseradish
    • Paprika for garnish


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350

    2. Mix all ingredients together (except 1/4 cup cheese and paprika).

    3. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheese on top.

    4. Cover with paprika

    5. Bake at 350 until crusty and bubbly - about 30 minutes.

    6. Serve hot with sliced French Bread of crackers.



    Final Comments


    Use any kind of crab, but San Francisco Dungenous Crab is the one we use!
