    Anchovy butter for Fondue

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 2oz can of anchovy fillets.
    • 1/2 cup soft butter
    • 1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper


    Instructions


    1. Drain the 1 8oz can of anchovy fillets.
    2. In a small bowl beat 1/2 cup soft butter and the anchovy fillets and 1/8 tsp of fresh pepper until smooth.
    3. Refrigerate
    4. Let come back to room temp before serving
