    Yummy Meat Rolls

    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 lbs. of london broil (thinly sliced into strips)
    • 1 package of bacon (cut in half)
    • 1 large white onion (cut into large chunky strips)
    • box of toothpicks
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 container of sour cream
    • ----------
    • cornstarch as needed
    • a few spoonfuls of water


    Instructions


    1. Lay a half strip of bacon and one piece of onion onto a strip of london broil
    2. Roll up as tightly as you can; hold together with toothpicks
    3. Continue until all of your london broil is used up
    4. Place in large pot - lined up on the bottom, then stack if you run out of room
    5. Put enough water in the pot to cover the meat; then add salt and pepper
    6. Bring to a boil - then turn to simmer
    7. Let it cook for about 4 or so hours - give or take. until the meat is done and pretty much falling apart
    8. Take the meat rolls out of the water after finished cooking
    9. Mix some cornstarch in a bowl with some water
    10. Bring broth (enough for gravy) to a boil - add a few tablespoons of sour cream - mix really well - then add cornstarch mixture to thicken. Taste to see if it needs salt or pepper
    11. Serve with mashed potatoes or whatever you like. you can eat the meat rolls with the gravy on them or not
    12. Enjoy and happy eating
