Recipe Introduction


Depending on how large you want your pizza will determine how much cookie dough you use. For a large pizza:


List of Ingredients




2 pkgs sugar cookie dough (or make your own batches)
1 pkg cream cheese
1 container of whipped cream
any fruit you want - see below

Recipe





Spread out sugar cookie dough in pizza pan and bake as directed or until top is slightly browned. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese with whipping cream and spread over cooled cookie dough.

Slice and spread out any fruit you want; I usually use
* kiwi
* banana
* watermelon
* honeydew
* cantelope
* strawberries

Press down to keep fruit from falling off your pizza.
