    These are very simple, but oh so good!

    List of Ingredients




    Dough:

    1/2 lb. Sweet Butter
    8 0z. Cream Cheese - softened
    2 Cups All Purpose Flour

    Filling:

    1 1/2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
    3 Eggs
    1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans

    Confectioners Sugar for Sprinkling

    Recipe



    350 degree oven

    Mix the dough ingredients together and divide into 2 balls, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hr.

    Remove and allow to come to room temp.

    Mix Filling ingredients together - it's very gooey don't be shocked.

    Roll out small balls and press these into
    Greased mini muffin tins - using your thumb - unitl they rise up the sides almost to the top.

    Fill cups with Nut filling and
    Bake at 350 for approx. 25 mins.

    let cool in tins for a min or two, then use a knife to pop out the cups and let those cool on rack.

    When cool sprinkle tops with confectioners sugar - use a lot!!
