    Teriaki-Orange Baked Chicken & Mandarin Salad

    Marinate Boneless Chicken Breast in Teriaki Marinade in a sealed Tupperware bowl all day long.

    **************************

    --Salad--

    Put cut Romaine Lettuce in large mixing bowl.

    Add Sliced Almonds, crunchy Chow Mein Noodles (find them in the oriental section of the grocery), and a can of Mandarin Oranges

    (Drain Juice and save for chicken).

    Add Fat Free Poppyseed dressing just before serving.

    Note: Use Mandarin Oranges in natural juice, NOT in syrup

    **************************

    --Chicken--

    Pre-heat Oven to 375 degrees

    Coat bottom of glass cassarole dish with spray cooking oil (PAM)

    Remove Chicken from Marinade and place in cassarole dish with a small amount of marinade spooned over each piece.(Just enough to cover bottom of dish)

    Pour Juice from Mandarine oranges (saved from salad) into dish with chicken.

    Crush 1 Cup of Corn Flakes and sprinkle over top of chicken.

    Easily spoon excess Teriaki & Orange Juice from bottom of cassarole dish to saturate corn flakes on top of Chicken.

    Bake for 35-45 minutes.

    Serve with sides of your liking.
    We had Green Beans & New Potatoes.
