    (Pronounced Pu-ta-nes-ka)
    This is one of my favorite ways to make spaghetti.

    List of Ingredients




    5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    4 Anchovy fillets, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz) can whole plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
    2 Tablespoons tomato paste
    2 Tablespoons Capers, drained and rinsed
    2/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    2/4 teaspoon dried Oregano
    1/2 Cup black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
    2 Tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
    12 ounces spaghetti

    Recipe



    Cook the spaghetti until just al-dente.
    Heat oil in large skillet; add anchovies & garlic. Cook and stir about 3 minutes (don't brown the garlic) Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, capers, Tabasco sauce and oregano; simmer uncovered about 5 minutes; stirring occasionally. Stir in olives and parsley; simmer uncovered 2 minutes.
    Pour over hot spaghetti in large serving bowl. Toss gently to coat.
    You can adjust the Tabasco Sauce to your taste.
