Hot Honeyed Chicken

List of Ingredients



• 2 pounds chicken breasts
  
• 3 teaspoons cumin
  
• 1 teaspoon oregano
  
• 1/2 cup lime juice
  
• 6 Tablespoon honey
  
• 6 Tablespoons chicken broth
  
• 6 Tablespoons olive oil
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  






Instructions



1. In a baking dish, arrange chicken meaty side down. Mix all other ingredients well, pour over chicken.
   
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 45 minutes.
   
   
3. Spray baking pan with cooking spray or line with foil, for easier cleaning.

Serve over rice.
