    Tex-Mex Chicken Flair !

    List of Ingredients






    2 to 2 1/2 pounds chicken breast

    1/4 cup lime juice

    1/4 cup orange juice

    3 tbsp snipped fresh cilantro

    3 tbsp olive oil or cooking oil

    1 tbsp chili powder

    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    Directions:
    1. Rinse Chicken;pat dry.Place the chicken in a plastic bag set in a deep bowl. For Marinade, combine lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, hot pepper sauce and garlic; pour over chicken. Close bag. Marinate in refrigerator 6-24 hours,turning occasionally.
    2. Drain Chicken, reserving marinade.
    3. Light Smoker with charcoal, preheat to 300 degrees, add your favorite wood chips. Place chicken on rack bone side down. Smoke for about an hour and fifteen minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.Turning once halfway through and brushing occasionally with reserved marinade before turning.
