Spread it on toast, fruit, ice cream, even other cookies. This homemade version packs little crunchy bits of cookie into each bite.
List of Ingredients
20 Biscoff Cookies; 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar; � cup heavy whipping cream.
Directions: Add cookies and brown sugar to a food processor, and process until it�s the texture of breadcrumbs. While processor is running, add heavy whipping cream, and blend until smooth. Transfer cookie butter to an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Recipe
