    CROCKPOT "SWISS STEAK"

    List of Ingredients







    2 lbs round or sirloin steak cut into 2 to 3 oz serving size pieces
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 can of tomatoe soup
    1 can of water
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    1 green bell pepper, cut into strips

    Place the steak, flour and seasonings in the crockpot and mix together until the meat is coated. Put the vegetables on top of the coated meat. Pour the soup and water on top of meat and vegetables. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 to 6 hours. Exact times will depend on your crockpot. Freezes well. Serve with rice.
