    2 cups fresh or thawed frozen unsweetened blackberries, mashed
    1 (14-ounce) can Eagle� Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
    1/4 cup ReaLemon� Lemon Juice from Concentrate
    1 teaspoon grated lemon rind, optional
    3 cups (1 1/2 pints) half-and-half

    In large bowl, combine blackberries, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice from concentrate and rind if desired. Stir in half-and-half.
    Pour into ice cream freezer container.
    Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
