�Marshmallows (for months)
�Crumbled blue cheese (for months)
�Fresh mushrooms. Clean, slice and freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then store in freezer-safe resealable plastic food-storage bags, for up to three months.
�Buttermilk. Freeze in 1-cup portions up to two months; defrost in the refrigerator and shake well before using. The texture may be affected, but not the outcome of the recipe
