Peanut Butter Cookies




List of Ingredients



• 3/4 cup Jif peanut butter
  
• 1/2 cup shortening
  
• 1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  
• 3 Tblsp milk
  
• 1 Tblsp vanilla
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 3/4 cup flour
  
• 3/4 tsp salt
  
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
  






Instructions



1. pre-heat oven to 375
   
2. Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar milk and vanilla in large bowl till well blended
   
3. Add egg until just blended
   
4. Combine flour, salt and baking soda add to creamed mixture slowly
   
5. Drop onto baking sheet
   
6. Bake for 7-8 minutes let cool
