    EZ Walnut Cookies

    This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law Sheryl

    Recipe Introduction


    Sheryl thought I would love these cookies because they are so easy to make and she knew how much I like the "Candy Coated Nuts" (You can find that recipe under Snacks)

    List of Ingredients




    1\2 cup margarine
    1\2 tsp vanilla
    1\2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup flour

    Recipe



    Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add 1\4 cup of chopped nuts (reserve 1\4 cup) mix well. Blend in flour and remaining nuts. Shape into small ovals on un-greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with fork. Bake in oven 325' for 10-15 minutes. When cool (still alittle warm) sprinkle with powdered sugar.
