Recipe Introduction
This tastes very much like minute steak & gravy, but it's much cheaper.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups finely crumbled crackers
2 cups milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt
pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup(diluted with 1 can water)Recipe
Mix meat,crackers, milk, onion, salt & pepper together. Press into cookie sheet( I use a jelly roll pan). Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares, roll in flour. Fry till brown. Put in casserole dish & cover each piece with soup. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
