Orange Sherbet Salad
List of Ingredients
2 packages (3 oz.) orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
2 cups mandarin oranges, drained
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly. Add sherbet and stir until melted. When slightly thickened, add oranges.
Set in refrigerator overnight. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
