List of Ingredients

1/2 recipe of runny vegan caramels mixture(filed under vegan vegetarian)
1 bar of gf/cf chocolate
1 box of gf/cf shortbread or other plain biscuit(cookie)
1 tin for combining the ingredients


Recipe

Place the shortbread at the bottom of the tin.

Cover with the hot runny vegan caramels mixture.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave on higth for 1 min or using a bain marie.

Spoon the melted chocolate gently on the top.
