List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. organic ground chicken
1/2 cup onion, small diced
1/3 cup green pepper,small diced
1/4 organic ketchup
1/4 cup brown rice crumbs
1/2 - 1 teaspoon agave syrup
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoom black pepper
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix together well.
Form meat mixture into balls. (1"-1 1/2")
Place meat balls onto a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake at 400 until moist and golden brown...about 30 - 40 minutes.
Makes [26] 1-1/2" meatballs.
