    Use for making custards

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup water
    1 envelope Knox
    1/4 cup sugar until dissolved,
    1 cup water with twice the normal amount of DariFree powder

    Recipe



    Into 1/2 cup of blood temp water add the envelop of Knox and the sugar. Stir until dissolved.

    Add the double strength DariFree. Stir. It will thicken quickly as it cools.

    Use immediately or you will have a milk jello

    NB: or you can reduce 2 cups liquid GFCF milk over a double broiler to 1 cup.
