    List of Ingredients




    1 lb extra lean ground beef or combination of beef/chicken/turkey/bison
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup gf/cf crumbs (I save the bottoms of the bags of tings, chips, crackers, crusts of bread and toss them all in the freezer till I want to use them and then pulse in the food processor to make crumbs. I also add nutritional yeast for some flavor if it's all bread).
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning
    1 tbsp basil (depending on my mood)
    1 tbsp parsley flakes
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup cf milk of choice
    1/4 cup ground pine nuts

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Form into balls. (I use an ice cream scoop and then roll them in my hands.)

    Place on cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350 until done. (30 to 45 minutes)

    Add to sauce on stove and continue cooking on low till served or remove from oven, allow to cool, and place on tray in the freezer.

    When they are frozen, place in ziploc bag and remove air.

    Kt's Notes: You can take out as many as you want at one time to use them. I tend to freeze them in the sauce so they are already to go because I'm lazy like that and if I don't have time to cook, I don't have time to make up my sauce.
