* 1 lb (700 g) aj� amarillo fresco / fresh yellow aji (chili)
* � cup olive oil
* Salt
Recipe
Cut, seed and devein aji (chili).
Boil water in a saucepan, remove from heat and soak aj� for 2 minutes.
Repeat this procedure twice.
Drain and discard water.
