List of Ingredients
* 1 lb 9 oz sea bass or white fish (ready to use)
* � cup white vinegar
* 1 � cup olive oil
* 10 garlic cloves
* 3 aj� limo / chili (pitted and deveined)
* 3 teaspoons salt
* � teaspoon key lime juice
* � teaspoon pepper
* � tablespoon parsley
* � cup corn kernels for decoration
Recipe
Wash and clean fish. Cut in thin slices.
Put vinegar, olive oil, garlic cloves, aj� limo, salt, key lime juice, pepper and parsley in blender and blend to make a sauce.
Place fish in a serving dish and cover with the sauce. Top with kernels.
Makes 8 servings
