    List of Ingredients






    1c.coconut

    1c. sugar

    2 eggs

    1/4 stick butter

    1/4c. buttermilk

    1 uncooked pie shell


    Recipe





    Cream sugar and butter.

    Add eggs,buttermilk,coconut.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell.

    Cook AT 350 for 30 mins or until firm.
