4 T. olive oil
3/4 C. fully cooked Italian sausage, sliced thin
1/4 C. chopped bell pepper
1/8 C. chopped onion
Dash of salt
Dash of fresh pepper
1/8 C. chopped tomato
1/8 C. sliced black olives
Large flour tortilla, warmed

Recipe



Heat oil in saut� pan. Brown sausage with peppers and onions until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly heat. Place ingredients in center of warmed tortilla and roll up.
